One General Electric 7FA.04 gas turbine with 2.6 DLN equipment and one Alstom steam turbine
In 2017, the 7F.04 was upgraded to a 2.6+ model to deliver additional output and the air cooled condenser (ACC) cooling fans were changed to increase the condensing capabilities of the ACC. The additional output coupled with the additional steam generation has increased North Battleford's ability to deliver reserve capacity to the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (SPC).
